What
can a new driver do for your game?
With the new 4DX Driver, that
is a question Nickent Golf has
had no problem answering lately.
Nickent was just a few inches
away from earning their 2 nd driver
victory on the Nationwide Tour
this year, but ended up with a
2nd place finish. The 4DX has
been the fastest growing driver
on the Nationwide Tour since it
was introduced in March.
Nickent staff member Scott Gardiner
had a career best finish Sunday
at the Legend Financial Group
Classic in Highland Heights, Ohio.
Scott has now finished in the
Top 5 three weeks in a row with
his 4DX Driver.
With the Nationwide season just
over half way through, Scott's
improved play has catapulted him
to 18 th on the Nationwide Tour
money list. At the end of the
year, 25 players will graduate
to the 2008 PGA Tour. Let's take
a quick look at how the new 4DX
Driver by Nickent Golf helped
get him there.
|
- Before
switching to the 4DX
Driver, Scott had missed
5 out of 7 cuts in 2007.
Since putting it in
his bag, he has not
missed a cut, making
it 7 cuts made in a
row (the 4 th longest
stretch on the Nationwide
Tour.)
- Always
considered a player
of medium length, Scott
averaged 268.5 yards
with his old driver
in 2007. Since switching
to the 4DX Driver, Scott
has averaged 299.97
yards per drive.
- Scott's
driving accuracy went
up from 61.54 with the
old driver to 66.2 with
the 4DX, while gaining
remarkable distance.
- In
the last two events,
Scott has averaged 316.3
yards and 311.5 yards,
respectively. This made
him one of the top 10
longest guys on tour
the last two weeks.
