Nickent PIPE Putter Goes Low at INTERNATIONAL with
22 Putts in a Round
A PGA Tour rookie used a PIPE Putter and a 3DX Ironwood at
the INTERNATIONAL for the second best finish of his young
PGA Tour career. The player had a tournament best and career
best 22 putts per round in the second round, catapulting him
to the top of the leader board in the Stableford scoring event.
It was one of the best putting rounds of any player on the
PGA Tour this year. He finished the event T-8 in putts per
round with the 3-dimensional PIPE Putter.
The stellar performance gave the player and the PIPE Putter
its first taste of prime time PGA Tour exposure, earning several
minutes of network coverage. The player ended up with a Top
25 finish after the 36-hole Sunday marathon in the mile high
elevation.
