Nickent Golf Earns Career Win #30 on the Professional Tours
There must be something in the water at Nickent Golf. For the third week in a row and the fourth time in five weeks, a Nickent staff player has won on the Nationwide Tour. It is the 30th career win on the PGA and Nationwide tours for Nickent, including 7 on the PGA TOUR and 23 on the Nationwide Tour.
This week, Nickent staffer Kris Blanks shot a four-under 68 on Sunday to claim his first Nationwide Tour win at the Bank of America Open, one of the Nationwide Tour's most revered events and one of the largest purses on the tour at $750,000.
Blanks used a Nickent 4DX Driver and 4DX Ironwood, both with Fujikura Rombax shafts, to finish with a 16-under 272 and a one-stroke win. Blanks ranked first in Greens in Regulation with 84.7% and was hitting his drives an average of 293 yards with 73.2% accuracy, 16th best in the field.
"Through four days it was probably as good as I've played in a while," said Blanks. "I just hit the ball great all week."

Nickent Wins On Nationwide Tour for 5th time in 2008, Quinney Surges
Nickent Golf is getting used to "big weekends" this spring. For the third time in 4 weeks, a Nickent staff player has won on the Nationwide Tour.
Jeff Klauk picked up his second career Nationwide Tour win at the Melwood Prince George's County Open on Sunday, earning $117,000. He moved to second place on the Nationwide Tour money list after collecting 7 Top 25 finishes in 11 events.
"I think I'm a different player than I was last year," said Klauk. "Out here, it's all about improving. If you keep improving, that's all you can do."
It gets even better for Nickent. Nickent staff player David Mathis, last week's winner at the BMW Charity Pro Am, finished second this week with his 4DX Evolver driver and woods. He is now the # 1 player on the Nationwide Tour money list with $223,679 earned in 2008. Nickent also has staff players Bryan DeCorso and Ewan Porter at #6 and #7 on the money list. They are all virtually guaranteed a spot on the PGA TOUR in 2009.

Nickent's Golf Helps 1st Time Winners On PGA Tour & Nationwide Tour
Nickent Golf’s 4DX line earned momentous wins on the PGA TOUR and Nationwide Tour this weekend, helping two players to their first ever PGA wins.
Nickent staff player David Mathis won the BMW Charity Pro-Am on the Nationwide Tour using a 4DX Evolver Driver, a 4DX Fairway Wood and a 4DX Hybrid. The winner of the AT&T Classic also plays a 4DX Hybrid, and has used a Nickent hybrid since his Nationwide Tour days in 2004.
The AT&T Classic champion now ranks 3rd in the FedEx Cup point standings. Three players using Nickent clubs now rank in the Top 20 on the PGA TOUR, including star staff player Jeff Quinney who sits at #18.
The 4DX Evolver driver gave Nickent their 3rd driver victory on the Nationwide Tour this year. It is believed to be the first interchangeable shaft driver to win on the PGA Tours since the USGA made interchangeable technology legal for tournament play in January of this year.
"Driving was the key for me this week,” said Mathis. “The conditions were so windy, but with Evolver I was able to find the right head and shaft combination to hold its flight. I've never been more confident on the tee."
